A Seeming Flaw in Justice Himel's Striking Down of Some Prostitution Laws

I have not yet read her Honour's tome of a decision but I have a preliminary thought of what might be an abiding fundamental error, having read some accounts of her ruling. My thought is this: Her Honour is constitutionally protecting criminality. Time and analysis will tell.
